Zone Diet Elite

This company is a scam, the address listed is not real they are not at the physical address listed at all. The people at that address never heard of them either check it out for yourself. It is Jeff Sherman and friends trying to come up off scamming people with this Zone Diet Elite company stealing the name from ZONE DIET which is a different company and no relationship with ZONE DIET ELITE.

No stars for this awful company. The food was disgusting… moldy bread, soggy crackers, meat with white scum on it. They left out dressings in the salad, and even the carrier bags were filthy. There are some good Zone diet delivery servers out there, don’t be fooled by this one. It is a total rip-​off. They have bad customer relations too. Can’t reach them and their website has been taken down. Save your money for a real legitimate Zone business… Not this lousy one.

DONT DO IT!!! I received a ‘rotten ’ scrambled egg’ breakfast this morning that a barnyard dog would not eat. It was heavily coated with parmesan cheese which could not cover up the rancid smell. Three days into a seven day trial period, I have discarded 3 meals — one was rotten and putrid and two were just plain vile. Very lazy preparation. No refunds given for unused days during the trial period but they will «re-​direct» the food — whatever that means. Keep your money and try another company. Really.

I’ve tried several different food delivery services and I can honestly say this has been my favorite by far. Some of the problems with the others that I have encountered is that sometimes the food doesn’t even taste good. I know some may think that that is to be expected but honestly if I’m dropping $ 1,000+ I expect to actually like what I’m eating. I felt that Zone Diet Elite’s food tasted really good. I don’t even really like desserts, but I have eaten every single dessert because they just taste that good. Also, I appreciate the flexibility of the scheduling which I’ve found that ALL other services I’ve ever used expect 24 or even 48 hours of notice before they allow a change in schedule to be made. My work schedule sometimes does not afford me 24 – 48 hours notice that I have to change my food delivery schedule. I have changed my schedule with about 18 hrs notice on more than one occasion.
I think one con that I have against Zone Diet Elite is that you can’t decide on what meals you will receive. This is actually a con that I recognize might bother other people but that doesn’t really matter to me. I told them in advance anything ingredients or things I don’t like or have allergies to and I never got anything that I didn’t want or like so I was okay with not being able to choose.
