I have been to this location a few times and always had a good experience! There is always someone asking if you need help or assistance and I really like the fact that they email the receipt. I think all stores should do that, for one you will always have it on file and easily accessible, also it saves paper!
The other thing I liked was when one of my charms broke, they replaced it for me without a problem. In fact when I called they didn’t think they had one in stock but later realized they did and an email was sent to me from the person I talked to. I really like the service there and can’t wait to go back :)

What a great store! After looking at Alex and Ani bangles online I found out there was a store in Newark. I live in Northeast Philly and it was about an hour drive but well worth it. They have a great selection of bangles and also some styles I hadn’t seen on their website. The store was bright and the jewelry was displayed so the cases looked full but not cluttered. The sales associates were very nice and helpful with the questions I had. I really enjoyed visiting this store!
