Stopped in at the Burger King at the Delaware House Travel Plaza after leaving PHL — I realized I had not eaten since noon and it was now close to 10:00 pm. I ordered the new«Angriest Whopper» as a Double Whopper with Cheese — no bun, and a medium order of onion rings, plus a bottle of water. It took 10 minutes to receive my order. The time stamp on the receipt — until the time I received my food — was 10 minutes. Tons of other customers who were in line after me received their orders before I received mine. To top it all off, when I went to sit and eat it — the burger was cold. Only the onion rings were hot. I wolfed it down anyway as I was hungry — and did not want to wait another 10 minutes for another cold burger. Hopefully this is not how they normally serve customers…

And in conclusion… This BK makes really good food, for a Burger King. Probably the freshest. Some of the employees are pretty good. I give 5 stars for the BK. However. I give ½ star for the wretched employee Bailey. Seriously, why would anyone hire someone that comes across as being this rude and uncaring. She acts like by taking your order, you are interrupting he standing around doing nothing time. I’ve been to this BK ~20 times and as far as food and service the first ~17 times were some of the best I’ve experienced from a BK. The last 3 times I dealt with Bailey. Food was great, attitude, terrible. Someone fire her please.

It’s a little expensive since its a rest stop, but this may be one of my favorite Burger Kings! Surprisingly fast service and all orders made to order– everything notably fresh tasting. The cashiers are always very friendly. Note: they have TV-based menus that don’t list all the items sold. As far as I’ve asked this is basically a full-service BK that offers all items. Ask your cashier for something you don’t see. They might get more business if they advertised more items. My only critique is that they don’t place items on your to-go bags if it’s also located in the refrigerator at the front of the line. I almost walked out and didn’t realize my order was missing two chocolate milks and a side of apple slices. The packers should have access to them and put them in bags for you. As it stands, you must wade your way out and then back thru a packed line to self serve your items.
