Cleaning Service

I am giving it 5 stars for service!
The current owner of Maid for Mommy Paul F contacted me recently about my inability to use the voucher. He personally apologized to me and offered to send me a check for the amount of the voucher! It took me a little by surprise!
I still have not used their service so I cannot comment on it, however, when you have wonderful business owners such as Paul F at the helm of a business with customers’ best interest in their mind, it can only mean the business is on it’s way up! I wish Paul F the best of luck and I am sure Maid for Mommy will turn around quickly under his leadership.
Kudos to Paul F striving to make things right!

After being contacted by the new owner and manager, I decided to give them a second chance. They seemed to truly want to turn the business around and claimed to «cleaned house» of all the problems they were having. I offered them an opportunity to perform a cleaning at my business. We set up a date and I was informed that the newer owner would personally over see the cleaning.
I rescheduled with them twice due to issues on my end. When the day finally came, they arrived right on time. The new office manager came to introduce herself and explain all the changes they had made. Paul stopped in as well and one thing I noticed was how efficient and professional the staff was. They paid great attention to detail. Our office has field employees coming in and out all day and tends to get very dusty. The staff cleaned high and low. Halfway through the building smelled much better. By the time they were done, my staff was amazed at how thorough they were.
I’ve got to give it to Paul and his staff. He claimed they were turning things around and it appears as though they delivered. A hard working and professional staff is what it takes to ensure a solid product. I will be using them on a regular basis.

If is it possible to give a negative review here is one what a nightmare these people did nothing but complain from the time they walked into my apartment so the time that they left they didn’t clean anything but the dishes and the floor and half of the microwave nothing with vacuum everything is dusty and dirty I am absolutely disgusted that I paid for this service I was also informed to stop payment on the check by one of the people who works in the office and you can’t even get in touch with the owner who does not want to deal with you do not ever use this service is waste of money and time and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. The 2 women who were sent to my house even stole three prescriptions from my house 1 for pain n 2 for anxiety what is Shame do not ever deal with this company

DO NOT do business with this establishment. After two weeks of phone calls and trying to set up an appointment, once we agreed on a date, I called to ask why they never contacted us to confirm initial cleaning appointment, and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I called right back and she would not answer. Their communication skills are frightening. If this is how they treat a potential client, what’s left? With hundreds of cleaning services in the NJ area it will only be a matter of months before this one is gone. Do not allow them to treat clients with such disregard.
