Worst experience from beginning to end… the lady asked for proof of paying or a groupon… the whole couples massage was nothing but awkward silence and these two women speaking chinese and talking about us the whole time. Then her phone text kept beeping literally 100 times… we spoke up she said«oh sorry so sorry» and the beeping kept going on… At the end she demanded a tip… My husband gave in and she still said it wasnt good enough… she asked for 20 $ pleaseDO NOTGIVETHESEPPL. BUSINESS!!! They suck and the place smells like old egg salad sandwich locked in a paper sack in 100 degree weather…

The woman masseuse smelled like she never brushed her teeth and like she hadn’t showered in a few days. It was all I could do not to vomit. Someone needs to teach them the importance of nice smells during a massage.

Let me first say that the ladies I interacted with were very nice. When I called to schedule the appointment the woman on the phone didn’t take any information from me. I told her I had a voucher for a massage and a facial. She just said okay, I asked would you like my name or phone? She took my number. When I showed for my appointment, the employees must not have heard me for some time. The lady then came out and asked if I had an appointment. I told her I did for a massage and facial and she scanned my voucher. She told me to use the rest room(it didn’t have any way to dry your hands). She ended up being the same lady who did my facial. She seemed to take her time and do a decent facial. She left the room mulitple times without saying a word. When she was done, she just said okay you’re done and left. I waited for 5 minutes since I also had a massage scheduled. She finally came back and I reminded her that I also had a massage. She escorted me to another room for the massage. She then came into the room and stated she couldn’t find my vouchered and wanted to see my phone again. I was under the covers on the table so she took my phone out of my purse. I showed her the voucher again and she left. A few minutes later she came back to tell me that she had accidently done an hour facial instead of a 30 minute facial. So instead of the 1 hour massage, they were only going to do an hour. That isn’t my complaint at all. They were disorganized but mistakes happen. My complaint is the extremely rough massage. I am really wondering what training she had. She pressed so hard on my head that i later had a headache. That night each time i turned my head to the side I got dizzy spells. This happened for 3 nights! And almost a week later my back is still sore and very tight. Please be careful!

Used an Amazon voucher. The massage was professional. However the hot-stone aspect that I purchased was not what I expected. First off, the stones were too hot and when placed behind the knees, a very sensitive area, it was too much to handle and had to continually keep lifting my legs to avoid burning them. The masseur spoke little or no English and did not understand and tried a few times to actually push my knees and legs back down onto the hot rocks. His pressure was way to strong at time and I could not get him to lighten up when it became necessary at some points. Don’t get me wrong, I am married to a woman who like most of the workers here, speak broken or little English so am patient and have no trouble in explaining to someone whose first language is not my own; and likewise have over the last 20 years worked with dozens of individuals who could be classified in the same way. Overall, I was not pleased with my massage. It took place in the front area of the business so there was no privacy, meaning I could not fully relax. They left the front door open and thus the street noise wafted in. What was worse was the car sitting out front blasting its rap music. Not at all conducive to a relaxing environment. The workers did not seem friendly towards me so customer service to me lacks. So for noise, service, and the massage technique I knocked off 1 star each. The 4th deduction comes from the masseur getting lotion on my clothes that he roughly folded over(shirt and pants); part of the reason I prefer a private room where I can partially disrobe. In the end I would not return here nor would I recommend it. I love massage and do both foot and full-body pretty regularly so know the difference between good and bad. This place is clean and professional but offered little more in my visit.

Bought a voucher from Amazon Local and had no problems using the very same day. A little different from the usual foot massage places in that the masseuse are much better trained and have good technique. They focus on the pressure points etc which makes the massage very relaxing, but at the same time beneficial. Went on a weekday morning and there was just one other person besides me. Hope it doesn’t go out of business as it is definitely worth a try.

This was my first time here. I bought a coupon from Amazon Local. I have had other facials but this one has to be my favorite experience! Eve is super knowledgeable and her facial was amazing! I will definitely continue to get treatments here.

I had seen this place when I went to the grocery store nearby and one day decided to stop in and get a massage. The facility is clean and more modern than a lot of places I’ve been to. The woman who greeted me when I entered was warm and friendly and turned out to be my masseuse. Her name was Eva and she gave me the best foot massage I can remember ever having. Contrary to most other places who gloss over the feet as a two minute portion of the massage, Eva probably spent 40% of the time working the feet and lower legs. She is rhythmic with just the right amount of pressure. I have been back a few times and have come to realize Eva does a true acupressure massage. I first noticed this when I realized she was massaging specific points on my feet. One time she was massaging right off my shin and she asked me if I had problems with sugar. She said I didn’t eat too much sugar, but that my body wasn’t handling it too well. Huh? How did she know that? I asked her about it because it was true and she mentioned she felt it in that area off of my shin. Another spot was right below my ankle bone. This had to do with my endocrine system. Dang! «Right on» again! Eva is Chinese. She speaks good English and is a delight to talk to. She has a nice warm personality. And… she knows what she is doing!
