This place is a shit show. Very unprofessional, rude and unorganized bunch. Every last one is a crook. My car was in an accident and Ewing was called to tow my car. The guy said he would estimate the cost of repairs on my vehicle at no cost. A few days later he said it would cost 7000 to fix plus 100 for his estimation fees. Needless to say I didn’t get it fixed from them. My actual mechanic replaced 2 parts under a grand and the car has been running for a year since the incident. As far as their towing busines… these guys are a menace to all the students at UoD. Absolute jackasses

Horrible. Simply Horrible. Tried to reason with a guy that was towing a car for being in our own spot. Apparently he was the manager. Worst people skills. Told us to f*** off multiple times. I do not recommend this company

If I could give no stars I would. They towed my car from my parking spot because some random person called in thinking it shouldn’t be there… in the spot I pay for. They refused to release my vehicle to me unless I paid them and told me I had to take it up with the person who called it in (but also refused to tell me who that was). I’m a single parent who had just moved to the area with no family or friends near by so I became very upset that I wasn’t going to pick my son up from school on time. The «men» (more like childish bullies) began saying «boo-whoo! Waaa! Oh too bad so sad!» mocking my concern over my kindergarten aged son and said that I deserved it. Awful people to deal with.

argh. what can I say? when your car breaks down or gets a flat tire on a saturday night, and you’re too dumb to have roadside assistance, you’re at the mercy of whatever ²⁴⁄₇ service you can find. Ewing came promptly, the tow truck driver guy was nice and fast, and we got the unpleasant experience over with as quickly as possible. I’m not sure what’s reasonable price-wise for emergency towing, so I can’t really speak to that (this was $ 75 plus mileage)… but this is not one of those situations where you feel like shopping around. frankly I hope you don’t need to call these guys but I guess I’d recommend them if you do.
