Our experience with Brett and his Gibraltar Custom Builders team has been fantastic from beginning to end. We are proud past customers and will happily be so again in the future.
Brett spent a lot of time with us in the inspection process as we were negotiating the purchase of our new house. He truly went above /​beyond, meeting us multiple times as well as coming to the house solo on many occasions. We had a very clear sense of what needed to be done (as well as what should go on the ‘wish’ list).
Gibraltar than did a fantastic job completing all of our interior sheet rock /​ceiling repairs and interior painting so that we could move in this past March.
Immediately following — once the ground thawed — the Gibraltar team dismantled and fully rebuilt /​expanded the deck that was both dangerous and desperately neglected. The job took a lot of creative problem solving due to the way it had been originally constructed, as well as due to the ground conditions and calendar we had to work with. The team did a brilliant job on the project, both handling the unexpected and also fulfilling our wishes. And the deck is both beautiful and will be safely in place for decades to come thanks to the quality of their work.
Additionally, Brett has been crucial in helping us select other contractors and specialists to help us with other parts of our home /​property renovations. Each recommendation has led to a successful project outcome. And Brett has personally helped us sort out some tricky situations re: unexpected flooding /​water damage that also went above and beyond a contracted project, too.
Finally, all future work on our property that falls under their focus will be happily given to Gibraltar. We truly believe in their work (and who they are as people and a team). Plus we’ve recommended them to multiple other families we are very close to.
