Called in for a last min. order & the owner was able to accommodate me. was quoted one price & owner was able to match that, even though prices have changed. Definitely going to do more custom shirts through them.

Best place to get the job done, excellent quality shirts, wide variety, best customer service and the prices are mind blowing.

It’s not that I don’t like this place– they have a bunch of custom shirts you can get, pre made designs or one of your own– but the customer service here seems a little off. The guy that works there seems friendly but I once went in and he yelled at a woman and told her to never come back and to get out of his store. Not sure what the conversation was like before but I just feel like that’s bad business. The girl who designs and screen prints could be a lot more friendlier. I felt rushed to make a decision about how I wanted my shirt designed and it was overwhelming. If you don’t answer her right away then she walks away and continues to be on her phone. Wouldn’t be surprised if she was talking crap about my indecisiveness to her male coworker in whatever language they speak but if I’m going to spend a great deal of money at a business, you can at least be patient and a bit more helpful. I
f you need something customized quick, I do recommend this place for a fast job– only takes a few minutes to get everything printed but you have to deal with the people who run the place. Guess beggars can’t be choosers.

Always can do what I need super fast and neat! Or if I just want one of there designs they have 1,0 to pick from ! Good laughs

This place is ridiculous! Has the making of a good shirt store based on designs they actually have the skills to make. I came in looking for a custom baby onesie for my daughters birthday outfit. The store associate then told me it would be $ 25 dollars to do so. I said no thank you I’d rather order online for half the price. He then told me he would talk to his boss to see if we could work something out. I figured okay well it would be easier if the price is right to do it in store and save me the hassle of waiting for it to arrive. So we settled on $ 20 dollars flat price. I wanted it to look glittery and have mermaid shells on it to go with her theme. He asked me to then show them an idea of what I wanted, so I did. I must tell you the onesie turned out nothing how I really wanted it. The shells look horrid and they are not anything how I wanted them to look. Also they told me the total came out to $ 22 something, which is not what we discussed. You think they would redo the onesie to fit my design or return the money. Of course not! Do not go here, rip off and I’m very disappointed I should have ordered online and had it done right for half the price :(
Since this review, Listed above. The owner of the business has reached out and made things right with me. Come to find out that the employee that helped me was new and didn’t inform me until after making my order that what I wanted done couldn’t be done with the material they have on hand. But he went above and beyond to make things right and for that any business should be more like this. So I would like to formally say for all your custom needs, these guys will take care of you.

I designed my 5 years old party shirts there I love the selection and the customer services. all shirts were made in one day and excellent quality. I’ll recommend it for sure

Came to design my own shopkins tshirt for my little niece’s party. They are very friendly and have plenty of tshirts and hoodies to choose from. They can get images from the web and they can have it ready while you wait or you can pay and walk around the mall in the mean time. Or you can write your review just like me! ;) love them.
