As a busy woman who struggles with finding time for exercise, Michelle has been a wonderful *motivator,* getting me out of the office and working out consistently over the past few months. So, I’m really excited to be the first Unilocaler to recommend her! One thing you should know about me? I am so NOT athletic or fit. I’m a slug, and I needed someone to motivate me, and get me more excited about exercising. I’ve had trainers in the past. Many of them were naturally athletic, super-fit people. They just didn’t understand the mental and physical challenges of starting from scratch in terms of fitness. That’s what I love about Michelle. She understands the struggle of weight-loss and recovering from injury. She took careful note of my current fitness-level and gently pushes me to do a little more each time we meet. She’s always very understanding and encourages me to speak up and take an active role in my fitness. Michelle offers both in-studio lessons, and can also come to you. I take advantage and have her drive over to my office in the South Bay. It’s a little bit extra, but definitely worth it, if you don’t have much time to spare. Depending on your needs, Michelle can create a fitness package to suit your schedule. For me, our sessions get me out of the office at a local park each week, which is a wonderful stress reliever. There is nothing better than getting some exercise, chatting with Michelle and soaking in the winter sun. I return to the office refreshed, motivated and looking forward to next week’s session!
