My son broke his arm playing lacrosse. I had xrays that had been taken half an hour before at Children’s. They were not casting his arm, just bandaging it until Mon. when we could get to the orthapedic surgeon. They insisted on taking additional xrays. We spent almost two hours there, with probably two other patients in the place. Yes, on the rude receptionist. We had been to this place about a year before with an even worse experience. I would drive to Columbus for Urgent Care before returning to this place.
