Newark Yellow Cab

Why the 1 star you ask yourself? Well long story short they’re sacks of poopoo!!!

I am not one to write reviews, but my experience with Newark Yellow Cab was far from pleasant. I called a hour in advance to get a cab. While on the phone, I started to explain that it would be better to park at the business across from my house, but I was cut off by the dispatcher asking for my address. I obliged and tried to explain one last time about parking. Unacknowledged but I just say whatever to myself at this point. A hour later rolls around and no cab, so I, the customer, call to verify what is going on. The operator explains that it will be some time but unable to give an approximate time of arrival. The operator suggests that I contact another cab service, so I ask who they recommend. The operator laughs and states that they are the only cab service in the area. The driver supposedly arrived a hour later than originally discussed but was unable to use my driveway. Avoid Newark Yellow Cab, if possible. Licking County transit may be a better way to go, or maybe entrepreneurial ventures may be beneficial for somebody willing to make a difference.
