I love the girls here! I started my package a few months ago and Ive already seen a BIG improvement in my skin. My sister is doing hair removal and she loves it. Only problem is this stuff gets addicting!
I went and had so many consultations, IM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE!

I made an appointment in november for a microdermabrasion. They called and changed appoint. twice due to the person who does the microderm was sick and then because they overbooked. A month after I made I appoint I went in. I had called a week prior to see if it was okay to use Proactiv. The secretary said «yes» but said she would have someone else call me. She said they they might not be able to to the microderm if i had active acne but might be able to just go around it. Nobody called. I went in and they said could not do the micro or the chemical peel because of the proactiv. I asked for my money back because I was tired of waiting. They said no refunds even though I had not even recieved any treatment. They obviouse do not know how to treat their clients. Now I am stuck with them or I’m would be out $ 700. I would not trust them. They do not disclose everything when you have a consult. They did not tell me that they could not do the micro when I went in for consultation, even at the time I had active acne. They did not return my call concerning the use of proactiv. They just want to give you the run around and take your money.

Went in looking for an impulse pampering treat on my day off. Had a microdermabrasion facial after determining that a photo facial or laser hair removal were definitely not impulse purchases. (Not that the microderm was cheap, mind you.) When financing is available for the procedure, it’s not something you pop in to do for the hell of it.
The microderm was quick, probably 30 mins, and my face is baby-​bottom smooth. Mariam, who did the procedure, was great, and made me swear to stay out of the sun, moisturize, and wear my sunblock.
Not sure whether I’ll go back for any of the facial or hair removal packages (um, until my next hit single or blockbuster movie), but my experience was positive overall.

I didn’t like the service here at all. I came to get a concealer and brush from the jane iredale makeup line (which I love!). The staff wasn’t very helpful and informative. I had to choose the color myself and what not. The products were way overpriced. I haven’t tried any of the services, but I wouldn’t come here again.

I signed up for the first hair removal treatment with the previous owner of this exact location. I guess I was pretty dumb to pay full by credit card. After a couple treatments, the place changed its name completely. Luckily, my original treatment was still honored. But the two microdermabrasion treatments that I was supposed to get as a bonus to the package were still in question. I was able to schedule one of them but unfortunately I missed the appointment. Instead of paying $ 75 penalty, I chose to take out one of the microdermabrasion treatments instead. So I thought I still had one. But tonight I went back for my last hair removal treatment and a different receptionist informed me that I will have to pay for the microdermabrasion treatment if I still want it since it was given by the previous ownership. I am very confused and feel ripped off.
I feel very stupid to have signed up for a second treatment after the very first one. At the beginning, I always had a hard time getting an appointment because the time I could make it after work was always full. So each time going back was not a pleasant experience.
Let’s talk about the result of my hair treatment. Again, I feel very dumb. I don’t have much hair on the areas that I paid for the treatments. I really don’t see much difference now. The best I can say is about 20% reduction the most. I understand that the treatments do not guarantee permenant reduction. But with the amount of money I spent, I feel very ripped off. Also, I was being upselled with other treatments lot of time and they are very expensive. I am glad that I decide not to go back again.

This became my waxing alternative… I got tired of going spending a butt-​load of money to get waxed, only to have to go back again in four weeks to do it all over… so I decided to go the laser hair removal route.
It’s not permanent in the sense that I’ll be DONE after a certain amount of time… you have so many follicles that it takes round after round. BUT the regrowth lets you go months between sessions. And the hair that grows back is MUCH finer and softer than what grows back after waxing… at least for me.
I go to Carmen, who is very thorough with the areas that she zaps, and she’s really nice, too. She tries to make sure it doesn’t hurt TOO much, but let’s face it, it just hurts and there’s not much you can do about that… still, the staff here is really friendly and will give you a head’s up on specials that come up so you can take advantage of the deals.
