My laptop had been going downhill for some time(it’s an HP) but after my husband downloaded some suspicious«update» without realizing it; it’s like my laptop was possessed by demons. I own a small business and even though I don’t do anything fancy on my computer, I still needed it to stay on top of things. Because this was a bit of an emergency case, Kirk and his team were able to work on my laptop remotely and pretty much were taking care of things while I got ready and finished other tasks. By the end of the day, I had a full report on what the problem was, what interventions were used, and also recommendations for how to prevent these catastrophes in the future. Even though I knew I was just buying time for my laptop until I could get my new MacBook, the HP ended up going for another couple months which was weeks longer than what I had predicted earlier. Because Kirk is much smarter than I am, he suggested that regular maintenance is better than disaster control and offered a game plan for future services. Thanks to Kirk and his team, I have dependable and effective professionals that I can rely on anytime for problems. His rates and expertise are beyond valuable!

I run a Prepress operation in San Carlos, and We are dependent on e-mail & the internet. When we had a recent upgrade from our ISP to a T1 connection our internal LAN became unusable.
