The oaxtail was super greasy and fatty. I think I injested my weekly fat allowance in one dish. The rice was normal white rice. Beans were as a soup, which was cool. No tipping necessary, which is cool. The interior is also relatively clean. +2 for the Latin music.

I put myself and my belongings at risk when I go to this place to eat lunch. It is still worth it, though.
The food changes all the time so don’t get too attached. Everything I have had here has been fresh, tasty, and well prepared. This is a no frills place where the menu is written in chalk, and it helps quite a lot to speak Spanish.
This is typical Puerto Rican fare for under $ 10 a meal. You can’t beat it, and it is quick, too.
