I came to this store to get sunglasses for my friend and I must say that I found the perfect design with a great price tag. Saif was the gentleman who helped me. He was very helpful and informative. I know where to come when I am looking for a great design and even greater price and service.

Came in to the store with my sister who was looking to get a pair of glasses. Saif helped us and he was awesome. He gave us time as we wandered through trying to pick the right frames, checking in from time to time. He found similar styles based on choices she made leading us to find a pair that looked great on her. There was a sale so i decided to get a pair for myself and he went as far as to go into the back and check inventory for other frames that matched the style that I liked.
The whole experience was great thanks to Saif and I would recommend coming here.

I love it here! I’m in and out in less than an hour everytime. Saif helped me get my contacts and glasses. He was great and made sure I was always happy with my purchases.

I got a vision test for glasses and contacts. Because I got both, my insurance didn’t cover the contact fitting, but I expected this going in. They did accept EyeMed insurance.
Dr. Beverley was attentive and explained what she was doing when testing my eyes. I could tell she was being careful to ensure the prescription was accurate. I had my vision tested by her eight years ago and she totally remembered me and my family!
Next I selected my frames. Saif was patient and kind even though I tried on dozens and dozens of glasses! I did not feel rushed or pressured. I ended up getting a pair of Calvin Kleins and upgrading the lenses to anti-​glare and lightweight polycarbonate. My unused one year warranty on the frames from year and years ago rolled over for the new glasses too.
Glasses were ready a few days later and they had the option of a deposit then you can pay the remainder when you pick up.
All and all a pleasant and easy experience. Love my glasses and the prescription is fantastic!

Absolutely horrible! This is the second time we are trying this chain and NEVER again! First time glasses took three times as long, we never received a phone call and had to come back twice because they put in the wrong lenses. Now, was stupid enough to give this place another try– I ordered two pairs and only one pair is ready when I called to check on them (2 days after the time they promised) !? They have no idea what happened to the second pair and no idea when it will be ready either. Plus they don’t pick up their phone, spend half of the day trying to chase them down since we don’t live near this location to drop by. Absolutely do not recommend, go to LensCrafters next door– my two friends had nothing but wonderful experiences with their service.

Saif is a great sales leader! I really wanted some designer frames and Saif not only assisted me with great professionalism and friendliness, but he also helped me to get the frames I wanted in my budget. He is a miracle worker. If you are looking for a great customer service experience, and a high quality frame selection, go visits Saif at the Newark Newpark mall location.

No customer support at all. You walk into the store and you’ve to basically look for your own glasses. Also, the selection is very limited. I’d go to their Fremont branch anytime. Way better collection and stellar customer support.

Site for sore eyes is the place i love to come to i came in yesterday just to see what total estimate would be on my new glasses come to my surprise they accepted my insurance and got a GREAT deal they even had them ready for me 2 hours after i picked them out and ordered them thanks to SAIF which was the guy that helped me out my experience there was great he knew what he was doing he did it all a timely manner we need more people like him in customer service everywhere!!! Im happy with my glasses

Given the positive reviews, and decided to come here to get my eyes checked for the first time. I checked their website on Saturday, and they had appointments available for Sunday. My appointment was quick, and everyone was professional and welcoming.
I picked out some frames that day, placed my order, and had my glasses by Wednesday! Great service, really fast turnaround time.
Just a heads up: there’s a kid’s play area directly in front of the shop, so you can hear people’s rowdy ass kids screaming…
Regardless, I highly recommend Site for Sore Eyes.

A fantastic experience! All began and ends with Lee. She helped me get an appt setup and the next visit is get my next pair of glasses. From just a picture she was able to determine which model of Ray Bans I want to buy. Thank you Lee. I always come back to you.

I need to use my insurance before it lapse. It happened that I’m in this mall and they do accept the insurance. Happy me!
Saif came to the rescue. He helped me and was very patient despite customers keeps on coming like a herd. He puts me in the schedule immediately. Although, I waited a little bit. I was okay with that.
Dr. Beverly Young took away my grrr waiting factor. Oh my goodness, she’s full of energy. I’ve never seen a doctor like her. I kept on smiling and giggling throughout the process.
Happy ending. I will get my glasses soon. I still pay out of my pocket but it was good though. Make sure to get the warranty, you will benefit from that one day, I assure you.
Oh, they also have $ 10 off for a Unilocal check in. Wohoo!

Ms. Lee is the person you need to go see. She was very helpful with going over our insurance plan and explained additional options to enhance what our plan offered. She stayed with us the whole time as my husband tried to select frames. She explained the durability of various selections to assist us in making a decision. We will be going back here again because of Ms. Lee

Came into the store on Friday afternoon around 530ish. Dr. Young and Gunjan, in my opinion, gave really great customer service! Normally, I would go to Lenscrafters, but the last couple times I went weren’t as pleasant as this visit was. First, Gunjan was able to break down how the process was in terms of insurance and the costs out of pocket and such. She was very thorough with it and answered any questions I had, so I was impressed with the knowledge she was giving me because most times people go «uhhhh… let me check on that». But she was on point with everything.
Dr. Young is also the cutest thing ever! She was so perky during the whole eye exam, I have never met such a happier person than Dr. Young. She always gave responses like «OH YOU DID SUCH A GOOD JOB!» or «YOU’RE DOING SO WELL!» She did not make me feel pressured at all. Her personality was just very bubbly and great to be around.
I am only giving 4 our of 5 stars only because I was promised that my glasses would be ready on Saturday, but I never got a call and I ended up calling them on Sunday and they said they would be ready around 2PM, but when I called back a little after 2PM to confirm that they were there, Lee picked up the phone and said they weren’t gonna be there until 3:30. But then she double checked and they were actually on the way to the store and would be ready in 20 minutes.
Other than that, definitely 5 stars for Dr. Young and Gunjan for their amazing service! I love my new glasses!

I had just had my lens fall out of my eyeglasses and it was Saturday night –250 miles from home. I saw what looked to be an open optometrist store so I walked in to find they had actually closed. When one of the associates saw my problem she immediately asked that the other associate fix my eyeglasses! All fixed in five minutes.
What wonderful customer service! Especially as I’m not a customer. This was a truly great experience, and if I lived in the area I would certainly become a loyal customer!
