The two stars I’m giving are based on the awesome service from the cutie with the dreads named Shaun. He was pleasant, explained everything and was helpful. On my second visit he attempted to help me until his rude manager Joel Rivera decided to jump in the conversation and made things way worse than they needed to be. He kept cutting me off, was blaming me for the issue with my phone before even diagnosing my phone and then refused to complete a replacement. I felt bad for Shaun bc he was really trying to help me however he could. The Manager Joel should NOT be in customer service bc he wasn’t willing to help in anyway. I will be submitting a complaint about th service I failed to receive at this location. The parking is limited, spaces are very tight, I left with a couple scratches on my driver side doors. Also there’s no left turn out the Plaza and turning into the Plaza can be tricky as well.
