Starbucks sucks here in the morning. Came in and NOONE was here at all. Ordered a coffee and a butter croissant. Didn’t even get my coffee after like 30minutes. There was no other customer there so how does it take 30minutes for a tall coffee? Oh! And another is that people AFTERME got theirs in a split second. Yeah… So where is mine? The best part, after I got my drink, i waited another 10minutes for my food. All in all, I really didn’t enjoy my experience here. Yes I understand when it is short staffed, i worked at a retail store and food court at Costco, so I know that struggle. The staff could have had a sense of urgency when you notice that people are waiting for their food. I wasn’t the only one waiting for about like 30minutes for their orders. Maybe I need to try it at a different time of the day I guess.

Came in for a few drinks and to purchase a mug. Good enough. They didn’t make my drink wrong and the staff did there job. A-ok in my book. Could be better but could also be majorly worse.

This place is always great. Funny staff very friendly, drinks are always great! Never had a problem here been coming here for the last year! Kids and I love this place over the foul mouth drive thru on Jarvis!

This review is for their customer service. This Starbucks is very close to where I live, so why not stop there before work? Well, I USED to, before I got tired of their poor customer service. The young lady at the counter that had took my order didn’t even say hi or anything, she just stood there waiting for me to talk… A couple of days later, she unfortunately took my order again, and did they same crap, didn’t even say hi or smile, or anything. If you aren’t a morning person, then maybe you shouldn’t work somewhere where you start at five in the morning? I rather drive 5 more minutes to the Starbucks on Jarvis and Newark Blvd. at least there I will get better customer service.

I literally live next door to this Starbucks and drive two and a half miles to another one because it is so terrible. Not only can you be more or less guaranteed that they will screw up your order, everyone there seems to hate their job and /or life and all of the customers that come in. One of my toddlers accidentally dropped a Frappuccino in there one time and we were asking for rags to clean it up. They told us they would do it. 10 minutes later, the Frappuccino was still all over the floor(it wasn’t busy) and they gave us attitude when we asked again to clean it up so no one fell. To their credit, they did make us another one for free. There are almost always at least a couple of people standing around, whether it is busy or not and as many have mentioned, there are homeless people all over the sidewalk outside the store and generally running through the store at any given moment. I understand that there’s only so much management can do about the demographic around the store, but I would start by working more closely with police to keep non paying people out of the store.

Terrible customer service. The baristas stand around and talk very loudly about what they’re doing after work, who pissed them off, who was late that morning, how much they drank last night, how much work sucks, etc. Seriously, just make the coffee.

I’m unsatisfied with this location. I probably will visit this location twice a week. And for some reason once out two times they always run out of something. Expl: cream cheese today for the bagels. And before some of the ingredients for the drinks. So avoid this one if you can

I come here because it convenient and close but I always get the worst service. Last time everyone was making jokes and laughing while I walked in. Acted as if I was not even there. I am very disappointed in this particular location and it’s a joke for a Starbucks. The manager should step it up and make sure we are taken care of. Everyday my drink is made different. I say no whip cream and I put it anyway. I have seen them just scoop it out. They don’t care to much about where they work seems like

Long story short: –service isn’t great(most starbucks I go to everyone is super friendly) –they were out of a lot of stuff so I had a very slim selection of what I could get(i.e. out of lemonade, whipped cream, etc) –the receipt they gave me was a treat receipt even tho I would like a regular receipt as well(not sure if it was because of the promotion or not)

I generally love starbucks, however, the customer service was very poor. The lady at the counter was rude, and didn’t even smile. I was very disappointed that they did not have whip cream for my $ 5 mocha frape. The taste is all the same at Starbucks so can’t go wrong with the product. The service was the issue.

Really rude employees, if you don’t like your job, please leave and give it to someone who will actually work. I don’t really come here because of this, but then I’m like what the heck let’s give this location another chance. But no, bad service every time! I’m sorry Starbucks, but with your price increase and the lack of customer service skills, I’m taking my money to PHILZ coffee!

Visited Starbucks on Thornton today to grab a quick caffeine fix. I love lattes and macchiatos, but hate the hefty $ 4+ price tag on each drink. I ordered a double shot espresso over ice with 3 pumps of vanilla to replicate my ‘latte’, for only $ 2.75. I also received a sample of their new cold brew, complete with sweetener and milk to taste while waiting for my drink. The cold brew was definitely stronger, but it wasn’t my cup of tea(LOL). As they were making my drink, they asked me if I wanted a splash of whole milk, which I accepted, and I spent the rest of my lovely afternoon sipping on my ‘iced vanilla latte’ ;)

I never thought I’d be writing a review for a chain store like Starbucks… but I am so happy that this particular Starbucks exists in this particular location! Especially since there doesn’t seem to be many other coffee spots around. I worked at an elementary school nearby, so caffeine was essential. The staff here are all very friendly and accommodating. My coworkers and I have visited this Starbucks so many times that the staff have started recognizing us — to the point where they can even predict our orders too. Coming here is always a pleasant experience! :)

I’ve gotten to know the staff here over the years. I live right down the street so this location is within walking distance. The staff here and owner are always friendly and service is prompt. Some members of the staff have introduced us to secret items on the menu and new drinks and delicious combinations we simply weren’t aware of. The location is quaint and small and parking can be tricky(especially backing out) but the staff makes this place fantastic. I would highly recommend getting a drink here.

I asked for a chewy chocolate cookie and the lady gave me two chocolate chip cookies. Then I told her again I want a chewy chocolate chip and she still gave me one chocolate chip. I told her one more time and she rolled her eyes and took a deep breath. At this point I was done and I took the chocolate chip cookie she gave me and left. By far the rudest barista I have ever had to deal with. She works in the morning and this is the second time I had to deal with her attitude. It isn’t a pleasent start to my mornings at all.

Ordered my drink and they told me they didn’t have it anymore, almost 10 min AFTER they already charged me $ 5 for it. They offered a different drink and even though I didn’t really want a different drink, I took the offer anyway to avoid further difficulties. I was not compensated whatsoever for the inconvenience and the replacement drink sucked): They should really know ahead of time what ingredients they have before charging the customers for it. Because they did not have the necessary ingredients, they also took a super long time to get me any drink at all, even though the place was pretty much empty. Baristas are not memorable(as in not rude but not especially warm& friendly either.)
