I am a Starbucks fan and I usually drink Starbucks everyday but this location has the worst service I have ever seen in my life. They have a slow service. If you want to waste your time and come here but if you want to save your time that I suggest to go to a different Starbucks location.

Very few Starbucks options in the Newark/Heath area and unfortunately the service is really slow and not the most warm and fuzzy of employees. Don’t stop here when you are in a hurry. This is usually my stop before grocery shopping so I know I’ll need to wait. Don’t ask for decaf… it will take 3x as long.

Wow all of these reviews are too bad because the girls who work here are AWESOME! I do come at 7am so maybe that’s why they are so fast? They know my order and make it perfect each time. Never takes more than 5 minutes. I love this place and it gets me going for my day! Ryan’s smile always brightens my day, too!

2 Stars because Starbucks is delicious. But, this location is SOSLOW. It’s painful to watch. I once worked at a Starbucks inside a Kroger and we NEVER were that slow. Plus it’s never clean behind the counter and I never see more than one person working. I think it’s a staffing issue. It needs fixed. Another downside? They often don’t know how robust my Starbucks app to pay and I miss out if stars!

People super nice and helpful. Coffee done right. Service is slower than it could be but they were moving the whole time, not messing around.

Slowest sort of bucks ever. No matter what time if day and who… they are just so clow! Drives me nuts and almost makes me not stop but I need my starbucks!

This Starbucks location is terrible. I’ve been there dozens of times, and each time I’ve had to wait over 15 minutes. This isn’t a high-volume location in a big city with literally dozens of people in line, this is a Kroger Starbucks, there is no reason it should take 15 minutes to get an iced or brewed coffee. I’ve put in complaints to Starbucks corporate customer service, but to no avail. The employees are rude in addition to their apparent incompetence. This location needs to be shut down, or Newark needs a new one somewhere else.
