I had the best customer service there! The owner Linda was so kind! I was visiting the area from NYC when i dropped several stitches and didn’t know how to fix my work. I rushed in just before closing time, and Lina was able to fix my project in a jiffy! She didn’t hesitate to show me where I went wrong, and my soon to be sweater was fixed. I thought this was so nice considering that I didn’t buy the yarn from them, the needles, or the pattern. Just one experienced knitter helping a less experienced one. Thank you Linda!

I have been frequenting this store for a couple years now. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help. Numerous times I have messed up something and they fixed it for me. They offer a huge selection and have fair prices. You can sit and knit and chit chat with other knitters. It’s a nice escape from reality. You can join the email list and be alerted of any emergencies (weather related or otherwise).
