I’m giving them one star based off of the ONE person they had employed that had customer service skills. I recently went to this place out of curiosity and the fact that it was such a cute little establishment. I talked to their representative(Mommé was her name), she was very respectful and had a lot of knowledge about the hair and the quality. I asked her if they had any bundle package deals(usually people who sell weave do) and she let me know that they in fact did not have any deals going on at that time. However, she did inform me of special they were having on their Indian Hair. She allowed me to touch the hair and the quality was amazing. I then told her to take my information down and that I would be back on Friday. She quoted me a price and wrote it down and kept it by the desk for any employee who may be here when I came back to see. I made Another appearance at their establishment two days later to ensure that Mommé did not forget me, a man was in the store this time. I inquired on Mommé’s whereabouts and he then informed me that she had in fact stepped out and would not be back that day. However, the paper that she did write with my information was still at the counter. I informed the man that the person on the paper was in fact me and I would be back on Friday. Now when I asked Mommé what time they opened she told me 10am . I returned on Friday at around 12:15pm, no one was there. The Gate was open, the door was locked and no one was inside. I waited approximately 1hour before called to inquire about the sale I was going to make. He then told me that Mommé did not work there any more and they where NOT going to honor the price she had wrote down on the paper, they were NOT going to call her and verify how she acquired the price, and on top of that I ordered a lace closure and he then informed me that they don’t sell those and they never have.(Oh and while we were on the phone people were in the background yelling and playing around; during a business day though?!) I then asked him if he could call the owner and verify this information he told me that she does not take calls during the daytime(seriously?! And she’s the owner of an establishment?) I then told him he should be ashamed of himself especially working at this establishment with such horrible customer service, lack of knowledge and hostility. I also informed him that he has lost out in a whole lot of customers. He then hung up on me. Salty much ?! Lmao!!!
