I called before arriving with my question about altering a dress. The woman answered my question clearly and fairly, explaining she’d have to see the dress before she could confirm her ability to work on it.
I brought it in, and she fixed it on the spot, and fixed it accurately. I was out in 10 minutes!!!
She just earned a new customer today.
