They just re-opened it, but there is a lot to work on. The person that takes the order is not nice, neither is the person that gives you your food. We went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 meals. One meal was missing, so I drove back. Had to explain twice what I want and nobody even said I am sorry. I worked in the restaurant business and if I forget somebody’s meal I would either offer something extra or comp the meal. But here they just give you what they forgot and you don’t even hear an apology.

We’ve never been inside this Wendy’s but have visited their drive-thru at least 20 times in the last 10 years. We might visit more often if we didn’t count on the drive-thru being soooo slow. We know when we come to this Wendy’s there is an 80% it will take longer than 15 minutes to get our food.(Even when there are only 2 or 3 cars ahead of us). On several occasions we have pulled out of line after ordering because the wait was just too long. I’ve also witnessed many other people leave the line with just a car or 2 ahead of them. I’ve never had a problem with the food here and our family love’s Wendy’s. But this particular location is just too slow.(Hence the rating) More often then not our conversation goes like this… «Let’s stop off and get something to eat on the way to __________.» «How about Wendy’s?» «Hmm… I don’t think we have time for that. We have to be at _____in an hour.» «Arby’s then?» «Yeah, okay» The people here aren’t really very cheerful either. We’ve never gotten an apology for the wait(probably because the wait is normal).

Awful service. Food was cold each of the 3 times I visited the establishment. Grounds are dirty, inside also not so clean. Some things in need of repair. One of the least inviting Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. My most recent experience I decided to go inside to place my order. There were 2 other people in line — it took about 12 minutes to get through placing our orders, not due in any part to delay from the customers. Once our orders had been placed we all went towards the pickup area. The orders built slowly then there we no employees coming up to the counter at all, bear in mind no orders had been called as completed or given to any of us. Finally, several minutes later, an employee came up and asked if we were«gonna take your food, or not?» to all of us standing there. We all looked at each other in disbelief since we didn’t know which order was ours nor did we know they were complete. Needless to say the food had gotten cold, had I thought response time would be any better a second time around I would have asked them to correct. Instead I decided to cut my losses and left with my cold food. Each of the 3 experiences there were of similar caliber. Not going to patronize that restaurant any more, makes it that much easier to cut fast food out entirely with service and quality this poor.
