Extremely unfriendly and not helpful. Door was locked during scheduled open hours. Someone opened the door when I knocked, but offered no apology, only «I forgot to unlock it».
I was in need of a matte and frame for an 8×10 photograph. This shop only does custom mattes, which is fine, but the salesperson asked me what size frame I had. I did not have one yet, so I said I don’t know. Instead of offering assistance to find a suitable frame, her reply was «Well I can’t give you a price then.»
OK. Don’t give me a price or offer any other assistance, I’ll go somewhere where the staff is a bit friendlier and much more helpful.
Maybe this is a good shop, but I’ll never go back.

You’ve Been Framed is our go shop for framing. Annmarie is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Her artistic, trained eye for helping choose the right mat/​frame is incredible. Their work is impeccable and on time. You’ve Been Framed is simply the best frame shop in the area!
