What I ordered from their website and what I got was not even close. The florist substituted an ugly grey planter and cheap carnations, baby’s breath and fern, for the intended whimsical terre cotta planter, fall florals and greens. When I brought to the owner’s attention that the flowers didn’t look anything like the picture on her website, she replied that she didn’t even make that type of arrangement and had no terre cotta pots. She blamed the Internet company Telaflora for putting pictures on her site of things she didn’t make. She had no explanation for why she didn’t call me or email me to inform me she couldn’t deliver what I actually ordered. Also, I had to pay a premium to have it delivered, and then they ended up delivering the flowers two days early. I had picked a delivery date two-days out to ensure delivery before my mom’s birthday but also so that the flowers would still be fresh on my mom’s actual birthday. That was a wasted effort. I would have been better off buying a $ 10 bouquet from trader joe’s and walking the flowers the four hours to my mom’s home. After listening to the woman whine for a while about Telaflora, I finally asked for a refund. To her credit, she did agree to a refund then hung up on me.
