Kari is a excellent trainer! I felt welcome and comfortable. Childcare for the Kids is a plus.

What can i say about excell fitness i love coming here the staff are not only great people but my friends the place has a great lifting aura to it i have done most of my best and biggest lifts here. its clean and never smells like a gym it. parking is plentyfull and safe the neighbors are freindly also. So you feel welcomed great job guys.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now… and why I haven’t reviewed them, is beyond me!
This is not your big city gym, or your «chain» gym (aahm 24hr fitness), no this gym is so much better than those other snooty places that like to call themselves gyms with their packed in equipment and barbie dolls that like to call themselves trainers!
Oh yeah, Excell has «real» people that work here, with «real» trainers that actually know what they are talking about! Tony and his staff have always been courteous and helpful, a friendly Hi when you walk in the door and a friendly have a good day/​evening as you leave. They offer one on one training, loads of different classes from spin to pump, zumba, and even one called silver sneakers for the over 50 folks! All classes are included in membership also, which is very reasonable. They even have a boot camp class if that is your thing. The gals that teach the classes are also very friendly, non intimidating and helpful. In the summer, they run a few different programs for students also. If your teen wants only a 3 month membership, they offer that. They also do a kids Zumba class once in awhile too. They mix it up pretty good!
The floor is laid out spaciously with cardio on one side and weights thru out the rest of the gym. They even have a woman’s only side for the chics who prefer their workout without the dudes. Tanning is extra and they have about 4 beds. They also have a kids room for the little tykes that need looking after.
When the weather is awful outside and I can’t get on my road bike, this is the gym I head to for a great workout and to keep the bod in shape. I always feel welcome when I head into Excell. Their customer service is always top notch!
