Wow is all I can say. I received a Viper Smart Start for my Acura TSX as a gift from my girlfriend. I needed it installed so I called automotive audio because I heard they were reasonably priced. I spoke with someone on the phone and asked how much to install the unit, he asked me if I already had the unit in which I replied I did and explained I got it as a gift. The guy on the phone said «oh well I’m not interested in doing it». I couldn’t believe my ears. I replied «your not interested»??? He said «yeah, I’m not interested, you didn’t buy it from me so I don’t want to install it»? I couldn’t believe my ears. What kind of business is that.

I stopped by Automotive Audio to get my car speakers replaced after Hollywood Sounds blew off my appointment and told me to come back another day. I was given an estimate that was cheaper than their competitor, followed by a polite handshake after agreeing to the deal. I was given an appointment for the following morning, and they allowed me to wait as they originally promised. In just over one hour, my new speakers were installed and working properly. The car radio had a bad output jack in the rear, but the shop worked around that and got all the speakers working anyway. I’ll be going back next time I need work done.

Been a patron since 2011 and have always enjoyed courteous and friendly staff. I’ve been helped out by the owner often and he explains what has happened, how its going to get fixed and quotes a very reasonable price. I’ve never had to spend more than 20 mins.
