Pretty nice hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious, lobby area was typical Marriott quality. A good place to stay.

My GF and I stayed at the hotel on a Friday. Check in and out was easy. At check in, we met David. He was very pleasant and accommodating. It was our first time at this hotel, so David gave us a quick tour of the amenities. Upon arriving at the room, we found a large clean room with a King Bed, flat screen TV, couch, desk, etc. The room had everything we needed, including fast wireless internet. The bathroom was on the small side, but definitely manageable. I was worried when I booked at this hotel about the nearby noises(airport and highway.) These were not a problem at all. After returning to the hotel after dinner, David welcomed us back. Again, he was very accommodating. Saturday morning we spent some time in the bistro area. The coffee(starbucks) was good and the breakfast we order was above expectations. We needed a late check out, and again, David helped us out and took care of everything we need. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here overnight for a wedding in the area. Check-in was simple, as was check out. The rooms were spacious and well kept. It wasn’t far from the venue, but did offer a shuttle from the Hilton which was close by. Bathroom was a little small, but the room itself was a decent size. Not bad.

Had to stay here for a business trip and the staff was nice and courteous, and the food was okay. It is as good as you can get when you take something frozen and put it in a convection oven. The bed was nice nice but the pillows were way too soft for my taste. Lastly the bathroom was way to small. It is smaller than your normal bathroom. Other than that that hotel was good.

Not your typical Courtyard experience. I travel a lot and often stay at Courtyards. This is not even close to what I’d expect. Had to change rooms because of the smell. Way overpriced for what you get in return. Almost $ 200 per night. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Happy to say that this Courtyard by Marriot is newly renovated and all the misgivings mentioned by previous Unilocalers are long gone. We drove through torrential rain on hwy 87. By the time we arrived we were exhausted and grumpy. Patti greeted us with a warm smile and her positive energy made us feel right at home. We did not receive such welcoming from the other Courtyard we previously stayed at. Patti was very helpful with all our check-in and inquires, and recommended a wonderful local place called Union Square for dinner. Room was spacious. Nice interrior design. Did not use the WiFi so cannot comment on that. Brought breakfast at the lobby the next morning. It was okay. Its a small Marriot, hence the dining service is more like a snack bar. They do not have a full service restaurant. But, they do serve Starbuck’s coffee. Modern, nice, and clean seating area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Courtyard SO much more because of Patti. Sometimes, it’s more than just up-to-date interior designs or thread counts. Its the good old fashion genuine kindness.

I don’t know if it’s hotel/travel malaise, but it seems that Mariott’s Courtyard brand is slipping down the scale. Very limited services and the rooms and fixtures are due for an update. I’ve stayed here several times when working in the area and that staff always seems just a bit behind the ball. WIFI in the lobby only, which is patchy at best.

Wholly disinterested desk staff, paper-thin walls, towels as soft as a coral reef, all complemented by a $ 10 breakfast buffet make me happy I was able to stay here at the government rate, as only this discount makes the expense tolerable. I don’t know why I keep coming back to Courtyards, as I’ve had nothing but mediocre, bare-minimum service and accommodations here.
