I had the most wonderful experience here and would recommend it to anyone! I got my wedding dress, alterations, and bridesmaids dresses here. This was the best experience of any bridal salon I had visited. The biggest plus for me was that they carried a good selection of plus size dresses in store! I had a horrible experience at David’s Bridal, then ran into three other stores who said some version of «we usually have our bigger brides hold the dresses up in front of them», and I was not going to buy a thousand-​dollar dress I had never tried on! I was able to try on my PERFECT dress at Ella Park thanks to the helpful salespeople. It was a good price too. I even had an unfortunate bridesmaid related issue at one point and had to get a refund on a dress, which they gave me. (They were a little reluctant but still did it which was great. A lot of stores don’t give refunds.) Alterations were a little pricier than I would have liked but the alterations lady did a great job and made some helpful suggestions. The lady who helped my friends find their bridesmaids dresses was great as well. Highly recommend Ella Park!

I had the best experience here. Great communication about my appointment and attention from Melanie. I loved the individual boutique room they had me try dresses on in and their selection was great! My only complaint was that they would only write down the designer name of the dresses I liked not the style number. However, I would highly recommend trying on dresses here!

I went back three times for minor adjustments on my bridesmaid dress and yet there was still no improvement. In fact, I highly doubt they made any change to the dress between the second and third fittings, yet there was no other alternative but to accept the dress because the wedding was in several days. The staff allowed their sniping, catty statements to be heard by clientele. I would not return.

I’ve been researching bridesmaid dresses for a couple of months now. All of my BMs live in different parts of the country. All six of them are in different cities which can be quite challenging trying to get everyone’s measurements together by a certain time. I found a dress that I really liked and was available at my local bridal boutique but due to customer service or shall I say a lack of, I was hesitant in purchasing from them. So I went online to look around for other places. I found Ella Park Bridal and they seem to have lots of dresses at very affordable prices. I was at first a bit skeptical because of the prices (am I going to get the exact dress I see online?). I used their online help service and the person was very friendly and answered ALL of my questions. I purchased the gowns a few weeks ago at $ 40 cheaper than what is retailed out there plus free shipping! You simply CANNOT beat that! I found their reps to be extremely accommodating and helpful and I can’t wait to see the dresses when they get shipped in this April!
