Best pizza I’ve had in the area. Their meat lover pizza always hits the spot. They are the only pizzeria around that doesn’t skimp on the meat when making this pizza. The owner is always friendly and acknowledges customers with a hello and smile even when the place is packed. Lastly, you can’t beat the price. I’d strongly recommend this pizza café!

The pizza is not much more than okay however I have had worse. The service is horrible if you decide to dine in, the waitress reminds me of the Soup-Nazi episode of Seinfeld. I would keep driving if you see the Luca sign.

Had a tasty wheat with tomato and spinach pie today. Yum and I tried a slice a plain cheese pizza. Also very good. I would go back and will! :)

After moving to Newburgh a few months back, we were looking for a pizza place to become our go-to. After many, many let downs, we found Luca. Their pizza is pretty good, still better than everywhere else we have gone to, and we have also tried some of their entrees. Chicken Marsala, Chicken Cacciatore, Penne a la vodka, Fettucine Alfredo, and we always have them add things in for us; usually chicken, bacon, or spinach. They are always good and make huge portions that last for a few days. Their calzones are about as good as anywhere else. Nothing special, but they are good and get the job done. The only complaint that I have is that we had to stop getting delivery because they can never seem to find our house even though we live only a few blocks away. I could literally walk there faster than they have delivered sometimes. Very strange. Overall, they are the best that we have found in Newburgh and they also have great coupons but usually for pickup only.

Well, like most of the Pizza restaurants upstate, this is another shop with Mexicans, or just Spanish people in general. Now, I have no problem with that, but what Spanish people grew up making pizza? I mean, it’s kind of like a Black man making chinese food, but, large pies are $ 6.99. Can’t beat that. At all. The pizza is ALRIGHT, and the food is ALRIGHT in general. I mean, it’s OK for the price. I wouldn’t say it was top notch, though, or mind-blowing.

I stopped by this place for their«carry out» special of a large pie for $ 6.99 which I think can’t be beat unless of course if the pizza taste like crap! To my amazement I found the pizza actually tasted really good for only $ 7. I was convinced that the age old saying, «you get what you pay for» was going to be a grim reality for me but that was not the case. I definitely would recommend this place for the special and even the regular pizza. It’s a bit out of the way from my home but if I’m within the immediate proximity I’m definitely buying their pizza. They have a very small dining area but it’s cute, cozy and modern with a nice large TV mounted on the wall. Probably not ideal for a really large group but a small group would do fine eating in at this place.
