God why did I come back. This time I had a 21 minute wait. I just pulled out of the drive thru. I’m done with this location. The owner(Mr white) needs to loose his franchise license he seems not to care about all the complaints that he gets Newburgh deserves better from a business.

I am VERY disappointed with the service at this restaurant location. As an avid McDonald’s fan it literally tears me apart to have to write this review but I know it is for good intentions. I have visited over 500 McDonald restaurant locations in my lifetime and this is MOST definitely the worst of all my experiences. First of all, one of the biggest key flaws about this location is the QUALITY of service provided at hand. I visit McDonald’s at least 3 times a day and I have to drive to the Evansville location to avoid this location. Please corporate McDonald’s do something to resolve the pain all the hardcore McDonald fans have to face at this location. As a principal at CASTLE high school you think they would recognize you and give you better treatment. I advise all my student at CHS avoid this location at a costs. Well, it looks like I am not alone. But I’ll add my voice into the discontent. REALLY??? What Gives??? STRONGLY considering writing to corporate to have this place either closed or the staff fired and a new re-trained crew take over. The SLOWEST, SLOWEST, most ridiculously slow and incompetent crew I have EVER witnessed. INCLUDING the management. It doesn’t matter if you are in the drive through(which even at off-times the line wraps around the building — not that they are so good, but that they are that slow) or you venture into the building, thinking you will save some time(you don’t — but what you DO get is a first-hand view of total incompetence!) — you aren’t getting out of this place faster than 15 – 20 minutes. FORMCDONALD’S??? Taking a stroll INSIDE the restaurant is just for laughs. The staff will stop in the middle of filling an order to discuss what they have been doing on their off-hours with other staff members while the packed lobby mumbles and curses under their breath. Complain to the management? HONESTLY, I have never seen such a unqualified group of …(I have to watch my temper here)… business misfits. NO-ONE at this location deserves to keep their jobs. NONE of them could make it at even an average McDonald’s — let alone an efficient one. CORPORATE? Are you listening?(look at these ratings!!!) Is anyone there??? Never met the Franchisee… but if you bother to read your comments — DOSOMETHINGFAST!!! Contact a franchise owner from the Chicago-area(Eileen Kusher — owns 2 in Buffalo Grove, IL and 1 in Palatine, IL at least) for help on getting your and your staff’s act together. SHE knows how to run a McDonald’s! (Note: Know of her, but don’t know HER. I was a loyal customer of her stores and saw her and her staff in action.) Come on, this town deserves a better restaurant than yours!

This McDonalds is the closet to my house unfortunately. The place is not clean and the service is very poor. I went in for breakfast this morning. I would assume it was the manager waiting on me since she was wearing a blue shirt. After she took my order and handled my money she went to get my drink cups. They were all stuck together. She put her hand inside the cup to pull them apart. How sanitary is that?

About 20% of the time I go here they forget to give me an item I order. I’ve learned to make sure everything is in the bag before I drive off. They almost always forget to give me straws or put nugget sauce in the bag. I tried going instead but one day waited 15 minutes at the counter and watched several cars go by through the drive through. I watched my nuggets set on the tray they were putting my food on and go towards a drive thru order twice. I then said something and was told drive thru takes priorirty. I was going to complain to someone above the person working but decided it wasn’t worth my time. Gave them 1 star because the food that I actually get is made well.

The dirtiest McDonald’s I ever been in and the 2 times I have been there, they got our order wrong both times. Never patronizing this restaurant again.
