The staff were aloof to the customers walking about the store as they were engaged in conversations with one another. Been to this store twice, first time I left without speaking to staff and the second trip failed to get an answer to a simple question. My advice is bypass this store as I will be doing in the future

Have struggled with the COPYCENTER. They don’t know their jobs, and have an attitude when asked any questions. Unfortunately, there is NO Staples locally, so they are the only game in town. Spoke to the manager, and complained about ROBYN, who was the Queen of Attitude, and he responded, «She is AWWWWWWSOME.»… So, there is nowhere ELSE to go, and they don’t care. If you find you MUST use their services, plan ahead, and plan to spend MUCHMORETIME than necessary for the simplest jobs. Very Sad.

Prices are good and they have a nice range of office products. Salespeople are NOT helpful. They seem bothered when you interrupt their conversations about office products/computers and after work activities.

Picked up my new computer here last month for a really great sale. Salesman was really pushy about up selling me on stuff I didn’t need, like a new anti-virus program for my computer yet the computer came with free anti-virus for 90 days. He then said Norton was trash only to convince me to spend $ 100 on the program he was pushing. Overall if you avoid the pushy sales people it’s an average Office Depot conveniently connected to the mall.
