The most pathetic excuse for a delivery service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a chair from Office Depot & they apparently use this company for the deliveries. It was supposed to be next day delivery. A week later I still don’t have my chair & Office Depot won’t do anything about it. This company has lied repeatedly claiming they made 3 delivery attempts but our building was closed. Our apartment doesn’t «close». It’s not gated, it’s not behind a locked door where they can’t get to my doorbell or knock directly on my door. And I’ve been home all day every day since I ordered it & no one has tried to deliver it. Other companies have made deliveries just fine but somehow these geniuses can’t figure out how to get past the stop sign at the entrance of the complex & think we are «closed»! I will never order from Office Depot again knowing they use these morons to deliver their crap & don’t care whether it actually gets delivered or not. I guess these two companies have a good scam going on. Office Depot charges you then no one ever actually delivers the merchandise so they get to keep it. Then Office Depot refuses to fix the mess.
