As a woman who has endured hair cut fiascos, Shear Intensity has been such a relief. Jamie is absolutely exceptional at what she does, and her confidence & enjoyment of doing what she loves shines through the minute you walk through the front door. The whole staff is warm, kind and welcoming; the ambiance is comfortable, clean and modern. Jamie is the first stylist I have came across that I can honestly say I trust 1000% and I recommend her to anyone who is looking to have an amazing hair experience & walk away feeling beautiful, valued & confident!

Shear Intensity is more then just a place to get an excellant hair cut or color, it’s a warm, fun, welcoming place that you look forward to visiting. The stylists are all extremely skillful, and unfailingly pleasant. The salon is beautiful and immaculately clean. You can look forward to great snacks and beverages, invariably homemade baked goods, served in a comfortable, homey atmosphere. As most of us women know, going to the hair salon can be a significant time commitment so it’s really nice when you can really enjoy the time you spend there. I have gotten to know many of the other «regulars» so it’s like catching up with friends.
Make no mistake, if my hair didn’t look fabulous everytime I left there no amount of atmosphere would keep me going back but given that I get compliments on my hair almost daily, I’ll take the whole package, thank you very much!
Do yourself a favor and as the salon motto says, «relax, laugh, get beautiful».

This place is amazing! I went on a whim because I got a few hours away from my kids and they fit me right in. I was able to get my toes done. They served me wine and cheese and great conversation. When I was done I still had some time and they fit me in for a haircut as well. These women were very lovely and it made my day off from the kids wonderful. Defiantly my new salon.

This salon has it all including a reputedly fun and professional atmosphere. You can always count on Kathy and her team whether it’s a simple cut or a serious color correction (lol)… they take you from hot mess to looking your best!

I love going to Shear Intensity. It’s SOOOO much nicer than my previous hair salon and the staff are great! Everyone is personable, enjoy sharing a joke and treat you like family. They always have munchies and wine — what’s not to love about that?
As for the services, I’m very pleased with my hairdresser and pedicure person. They listen to what I’m looking for and make suggestions accordingly.
I can’t recommend them highly enough!
