My 4 year old son who has issues with loud noises has been here 3 times. Twice he was treated by Dr. Soebel and once by a female dentist (don’t know her name). I was not there the first time he saw Dr. Soebel but was told he was very coarse with my son. I gave the office the benefit of the doubt and wen back since my son needed alot of work and they started. The second time I was in the waiting room and my wife sat with him and I was told the female dentist was nice and did not speak loudly and tried her best soothe him. Today he got Dr. Soebel again and this time I was their and witnessed the Dr in action. In my opinion and mine only I think his bedside manor with kids leaves alot to be desired. He spoke very loudly with my son which frightened him more. He did not pick up on the fact after seeing him twice he needs to speak softer when my son is upset. Speaking to him like he is grown kid did not help other than to get me more upset. I know Dr. Soebel has a good reputation with kids but I guess I am the unlucky father who gets a different Dr. I guess.

My 4yr. aged child experienced a fantastic check out with dentist who assisted him to get rid of a poor routine. All of the employees had been really educational and professional. My child adored his check out as he reached have a film of his option «within the roof» as well as the environment is ideal for kids of every age group! Denist also had taken his time describing x and treatment-​sun rays that i truly valued. Playstation– Front side workplace had taken additional time to assist me by helping cover their insurance coverage:)

My first two visits here were decent. My daughter whose 3 had cavities and they wanted to do caps on all her front teeth. Hesitantly, I accepted, now her front teeth are crooked looking so I wouldn’t say that they specialize in cosmetic dentistry at all. The last and final appt we had today was just reassurance that we will never come back again. After the front desk lady was very rude on the phone and also in person… Next dentist starts working on her teeth & was traumatically screaming for 10 minutes straight and once finished the dentist said she can go in the gift box. (Not even dollar store toys) Stickers, unfilled balloons, and like bendy armed toys… Child still in tears had a toy ripped out of her hand by the dentist, (a woman-​not sure of name), since my daughter had a unfilled balloon and said sorry only one. I just moved here and am used to getting treated well my dentists, they seem to not really be about customer service and more about the $$$… After contacting other children dentists they were very surprised they did all the work to her, considering she’s only 3 and her teeth will fall out. Not the nicest place at all. I do not reccomend.

This is a family practice dental office with a specialization in pediatric dentistry. The doctors are actually amazingly patient & super kind with my children. They use laughing gas when the children are very young and when my youngest was 3 they did a filling without my little one screaming & crying from pain. There was no pain at all, my kids actually enjoy going to the dentist because of these doctors. These are really great doctors.
