Nick arrived. Within minutes was telling me that I had an «attitude». He was rude, abusive and the most unprofessional worker that I’ve ever had in my home… a true case of abuse of the elderly. Truly an awful experience.

Daryl and Omar arrived at my house. Daryl explained to me that since I have a sectional couch and online it only shows couch cleaning for $ 75, that a sectional is $ 150. Ok, that’s a little misleading. He then proceeded to tell me that he would not charge me the additional $ 75 to clean the couch if I tipped him and Omar $ 55 EACH! So to clean, deodorize, and protect my couch and carpet it was $ 230, and then they wanted an extra $ 110 in a tip instead of charging me the extra $ 75 for the sectional couch. When it came time to pay and they realized they weren’t getting their way, they kept trying to negotiate their «tip». After not getting their way they said they would call their boss. It ended with them leaving and not receiving any tip. Next time I’ll hire someone else.
