I wish I could give them a minus grade. Bought some things from a local auction house and they were the shipping people. Cost $ 200 to ship an hour away and the stained glass panel arrived damaged. Contacted them and they said I’d have to keep all the packing material for 7 – 10 business days until a driver could come out to inspect. I live in an apt. That’s insane. Completely indifferent customer service. Extremely disappointing. Will never use again.

Needed to take care of a very important print job that was time critical and was taken care of by Soledad. She was very courteous over the phone and even more patient when dealing with my very picky request. I was able to email her my materials and keep her on the phone while she went over my needs. She was very polite and professional at my job was done by the time I got to the store. I really appreciate the work thank you very much

Lady was nice, but the fax machine here is ancient. Took her three times to try and fax and it kept eating my papers. They charge $ 2 a page here which is even more than the big box stores around that I boycott because of how pricey they are. I can go across the river and get the same thing done for pennies on the dollar at another UPS store. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

I had to use this company thru an auction house. This UPS store was supposed to contact me with a shipping quote. I paid for my auction item on 6−16th. I finally called the store and found out my items had been sitting there and they never contacted me. I spoke with Solidad on the 25th, she told me I could pay that day and my items would be sent the next day parcel post. By the way the shipping amount is still more than I would pay for priority mail thru USPS. She was very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her. I called today to see where my item was, and she told me it had not been shipped. They were waiting for more packages before they went to the post office. She said she would mail it tomorrow, that the post office was open in Saturday. I told her I had paid her and wanted my item shipped immediately. I have opened a case with Paypal. I would never use this business, rude, unprofessional, lazy and a total rip off!!!

Caveat emptor! My experience with this store is beyond poor – poor packing, poor communication, poor pricing and extremely poor customer service. This store is a rip-off and egregiously gouges consumers on packing, freight and insurance. I would advise anyone that considers using this MBE franchisee to go to another vendor and do their due diligence to find another shipper. I would suggest for large items and FedEx for small. Please take my suggestion and NOT work with this store!

Mostly, I’ve gone here to fax & photocopy things, but the people are always friendly. The place is very clean. I like it.
