I wanted to leave a positive review due to all the negative. As I sit here waiting for my toes to dry under the drier I am very pleased with my experience. I just got the basic pedicure. It was quick and exactly what I came here for. The ladies that work here are polite and the salon is clean. It was not anything out of the ordinary, but over all it was a good experience.

This salon is under new ownership and management, so maybe some of the bad reviews I saw were for the previous owners. I’m generally picky on where I have my pedicures and manicures done and I have no problem going elsewhere if the quality or service is subpar. However I’m really liking this place. They take their time and they don’t talk behind my back. Most people don’t know I understand Vietnamese and I’ve been places where they gossip the whole time. I’ve been really happy with the work every time and I love they’re open on Sundays.

Worst nail salon ever. The chairs are all broken, the place is dirty, the staff is RUDE, they are not well trained and they have cheap used polish. They don’t even know how to do a basic mani/​pedi. I have been here a few times and had mediocre service at best. After my last visit I will never go back.
The older lady who runs the place hates her job and takes it out on the customers. When I told her there was still white on my nails (she did not paint all the way to the end) she threw the nail polish on the tray and told me it was my fault because I had short nails. ??? What you can only paint long nails to the end? I was calm and nice but insisted she paint them to the tips and she opened the bottle of polish and forcefully flicked it so the paint got on my clothes!!! I could not believe it– I think she is crazy or something. Not a pleasant experience– I left stressed and upset. PLUS THEY HAVE NO DRYERS!!!
When I got home both my mani and pedi were smudged0 didnt even last an hour.
I HOPE this place will shut down and new owners will take over.
Don’t waste your money here.

WHERE TO BEGIN! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and worst job EVER. Got a full set after one week 4 nails came off and I went in there and he said it would do it better this time? He did not. I got a fill and had to pay for 4 nail repairs.(four nail repairs times four dollars each is $ 16 extra!!!) When he was the one that did my nails so poorly to being with and I am getting charged for it! And of course it happens again within 8 days 2 nails fell off! I go in there and tell them this is crazy I just moved to the area I don’t wanna drive to my other nail place can I try someone else I need two new nails but I am not paying this time there is no way this should of happened at my other salon they wouldn’t come off for 3 weeks and i would have to tare them off!!! They said I had to pay and asked did I go home and take a shower? Then she said its because he was trying to do it fast you had your baby with you. Well the first time I didn’t have my baby with me and four came off? AND NO I DID NOT TAKE A SHOWER RIGHT AFTER??? (is she serious right now) Anyways all of my nails were lifting up within a few days and I couldn’t even comb my hand through my hair without it getting caught on my nails. The salon I normally go to is Nails Club in Thousand Oaks and they do and outstanding job its worth the extra 5 miles!

WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. My mom just took me to get a pedicure and a pink and white fill today as a gift. To start out they both look bad. I have been getting pink and white fills and pedicures for years and i have never been somewhere that did as bad of a job as this.
The pedicure lasted less than 15 minutes. NO MASSAGE AT ALL. Literally plopped lotion on my legs and that was that. My mom left to run to the store next door when I sat down to get my pedicure and was shocked when I called 15 minutes later. Not only that but I paid extra for a flower and I am going later today to get a polish change somewhere else bc the flower looks so bad.
My pink and white fill was painful. My cuticles are bleeding as we speak. That has never happened to me before. The man doing it seemed careless and I said ouch a few times but he didnt seem to care. When I left the salon my hands were covered in white crusty powder which was easily washed off but really? The white is also uneven on a few nails. Not too mention one of my nails got bumped in the dryer, and what did he do? got a nail file and swiped over it, so now that piece of my nail is rough.
I really hope they read this and get their act together. I should have walked out when I notice there were only 2 people in there on a saturday. Obviously others have learned their lesson and have taken their business elsewhere.

I like this shop. It’s relaxing when you came there. This nail salon is clean and no smell than another shop. The chair is comfortable. Everyone in here is nice.
