This is an update to an earlier review. after my review I got an email from the customer service that they would like to speak and so i went forward and raised the issue to the headquarters customer care. They noted down my complaint and got back saying that this store belongs to a private owner and they can only forward my complaint to him. I emailed them back saying it doesn’t matter if its owned by a private owner or its a part of their team. it has the Domino’s name on it and they should have some sort of policy that would take action against this rude manager and staff who according to me are not following procedure. I received an email back saying that they will forward these details to that owner and someone will get in touch with me. Well no one called me or apologized, and in-fact I heard from another friend of mine that the system of taking or scratching the credit card number(Violating the privacy) has not changed. So i guess Domino’s doesn’t care enough about what problems their customers face. And obviously there is nothing to speak about the manager. all the other reviews about him speak for themselves.

These guys are very rude and take 5 – 10 minutes to even look at you when you enter! It’s like they consider themselves superior to customers! No employee ever smiled at us and we have been ordering pizzas for 3 years! We have no option because Pizza Hut or papa jones don’t deliver to Newbury Park and we are stuck with this store! They also mess up simple orders like 2 topping veg pizzas! If only I could give negative reviews!

Good job! We’ve been getting pizza down the street, but the last time I ordered Pizza Hut online, it wasn’t even close to how we ordered it and it wasn’t terrible. So today we thought we’d get Domino’s…and it was really GOOD! I ordered it online and it was exactly the way I ordered it, but better. It was so good that I called and talked to Eddie and he said he made our pizzas. Really nice guy. The pan pizza was amazing and the hand tossed was a close second. Anyhow, we’re a pound heavier over here, but no regrets!

When I order from here they’re always on point. The app is easy to order if I don’t call it in, and it allways comes hot and fast. 25 to 40 min plus the delivery folks are always nice. Never had a mix up or bad experience. This specific location is top knotch. I appreciate it especially when I’m tired after work and don’t want to whip something up. Keep it up!

We ended up going to this Dominos location after receiving POOR service from the Pizza Hut off Reino. We had ordered on the Pizza Hut website and when we went to pick it up we were told no order was made and so instead of dealing with them we just left and went to Dominos. I was hoping for a better experience. We just ordered and waited for the pizza which did come out in a timely manner. that is about the only good thing. None of the employees really understand customer service and the manager was extremely rude and because of that you could tell his team that was working that evening was miserable – not once did anyone smile or interact with me other than to take my order and my money. There was a table in the restaurant you could sit down and wait for your pizza and the table was filthy looked like no one had cleaned it all day! GROSS. I ordered a large pizza and wings. I prefer the boneless because they are easier to eat. When I asked about the sauces that they toss the wings in I was told that they could only toss the sauce on the bone-in wings – not the boneless wings. What a load of crock! I have ordered online many times from other Pizza Hut restaurants and they have ALWAYS delivered boneless wings that were tossed in a sauce. Regardless, the manager told us that they couldn’t do it. If I wanted boneless wings they had to be BONE dry with dipping sauce on the side! MAKESNOSENSE! Whoever set up the business model for this restaurant needs serious training. We took the pizza home and the pizza was dry, salty, had little to no sauce. The wings were meh. just ok! I ended up with the bone-in because I hate dry chicken. I have ordered from both Pizza Hut and Dominos usually online and I usuallly deliver, not pick up. This was my first time doing so in Thousand Oaks and it will be my last! Unless the management changes. In today’s day and age where the service industry DOMINATES American commerce you would think managers and their employees would care more and try to better their systems! They need to take a page out from the playbook that Marriott provides! Yes I know hotels and pizza places… but there is no excuse for a sorry pizza joint. It’s really hard to F***k up, but both places royally sucked,

Poor customer service from the manager. Ordered our pizza through their site and received confirmation that the pizza would be delivered within 15 – 20 mins. After 30 mins I called to ask where our pizza was because the tracker showed it had been delivered. I was told they couldn’t find my block(which is 1.5 miles away from the store). After an hour from the time I ordered I called again — spoke to the manager. He tells me «Your pizza is on its way. You need to understand you’re not the only person ordering pizza and there are only 3 guys working, so you need to wait.» When the pizza finally got here it was cold. Needless to say, I’m going to be trying out new places to order my pizza from!

Pizza is good and consistent. I always pick up, so I can not comment on delivery. The pizza we get from them is always hot and made the way we order it. I would recommend this place to friends and family. They seem to be run well.

Ordered pizza tonight online and it said 50% off. So I ordered the 2 medium for 5.99 each. When I went to checkout it said the pizzas were 6.49 a piece. I opted to pay in the store so I could ask why the difference and if I could get the deal. The first kid who helped me didn’t have a clue so I asked for the manager. I was explaining to the manager and some kid out of no where says actually the pizza is 8.99 online and he rolled his eyes. I asked the manager for the kids name and the Corp number and told the Kid he should have let the manager handle it. He smiled and shrugs his shoulder. The kids name is John Dailey. I will not order pizza from a place where they have teenagers that think they’re entitled to say whatever they want. Another manager came from the back and explained I hit a wrong button. Fine I’ll pay for my mistake but I will not pay for some disrespectful kid to work there. IFITWASN’T FORCUSTOMERS, THEYWOULDN’T HAVE A JOB!!!

NOSTARS! Upon delivery of my order the driver asked me for my card, which had already been charged, in order to take a pencil copy. I told him that I would not give him my card because it’s against the law for them to keep a copy. He argued with me and told me it was Domino’s policy. I refused the order, called the store and asked for immediate credit to my card AND called my bank to inform them not to let the charge go through. I WILLNOTORDERFROMDOMINOSEVERAGAIN. We usually order delivery ever Friday night. They always show up sooner than expected. Always very friendly delivery people too. The quality is pretty good for the price especially when you take advantage of their coupon deals. You can just click on coupons on the website to get their current promotion specials. Nice that you can so easily have hot food delivered right to your doorstep without even picking up the phone :)

THIS Domino’s Pizza is the BEST we have ever had. Our regular order is the Pan Pizza with 2 toppings and for only $ 7.99, not only is it a great deal, but it is extraordinarily awesome. We get it delivered which is a couple dollars more. It’s worth it. It arrives HOT and they are always fresh… couple that with friendly service to your door in 20 – 30 minutes and there’s no place in town that can compare. TIP: Make sure you ask for Parmesan & Peppers!

Sometimes it’s a late night being a parent and you realize you need dinner. After checking out Unilocal options for delivery and being shot down by three places we went for old faithful dominos. They were happy to take our order and offered us specials. They said 45 minutes and delivered in 30, love the under promise over delivery! Next time you need delivery post 9:30 in TO these are your peeps!

I have always gotten pizza from here for like 8 years. I just recently ran into a problem. They have a website where you can order your pizza and everything you want with it. You pay on there and do a transaction. The bad part was that it said it didn’t go threw and charged me like three times. I went in to tell them and they made me feel stupid asking me why I would do something like that. The manager was giving me a hard time shaking his head at me. So I got furious and told him to knock it off. I only went there one more time and saw him that last time and thought I had enough. The pizza is good there just not the manager.

@verym No business will ask for that without reason. This is typically done because of FRAUDNOT to open you up to fraud. Anyone could take your credit card number and run it, but with the security number it makes it less likely that a stolen card can be used. So you would think that customers would be thankful for that? Oh and NOBODY keeps security codes or card numbers on file. Have you ever worked before?
