A terrible experience. We bought the Conejo Valley Deal, called over a month ahead of time to schedule the service and they didn’t show up and didn’t call. We called them and they said that their car broke down. They didn’t have an explanation for not calling to advise and rather forcing us to stay at home for no reason. They said we should call Conejo Valley Deal for a refund. Very rude.

Not sure why others had a bad experience but, mine was great. I too, bought a promo with Conejo Deals. With so much going on I did not pay attention to the expiration date. I called in late June(expired 5⁄31) to schedule and they were booked solid through July and I was able to get an appointment for 8⁄10. Spoke with owner(Husband & Wife Business) Cristy who schedules and she told me no problem I could credit my amount paid towards my washing, which was no problem for me. Cristy called the day prior to confirm appointment and situation with promo credit. Then I received another call before my appointment time to let me know they were running behind… I appreciated that much since most businesses will not call and as the customer you are stuck chasing them down. John, owner, arrived very nice, funny and easy to talk with. He got to work and finished up 43 panes in under 2 hours, cleaning screens. Gave me a great, reasonable price along with my credit from my Conejo deal promo. I will be using Gabels’ again because not only do I support small business but, both Cristy and John were professional, kind and customer service oriented! Thank you for making my windows sparkle!

Not impressed. Bought off of Conejo deal. John showed up average late time saying woman from prior appt was so chatty. Certificate specifies what is excluded with original deal talking about panes. As soon as he saw my upstairs windows he says well those aren’t included because they have a plate on the flat surface. If it’s not one plain window it’s not covered. Then he looked through my door to see my french doors and said they weren’t covered either but that he would try to make it worth my while. I’ve had my windows cleaned before and I know these aren’t covered but his defensive attitude was unacceptable. «Krissy has a check list which she would’ve asked if you had this or that». sorry but Krissy didn’t ask me any questions when I set up the appt. He told me more than once I was wrong and visually mocked walking thru his so called check list. Very patronizing and not a good way to start a service. When making my appt I spoke to krissy about conejo online not working so she could report it so maybe that’s why she didn’t ask. He did say the windows with surface panels he would not do even if I gave him triple. Definitely clean the insides of your windows first to assist you with how good the job was done. Not impressed. Didn’t clean track or wipe down soap. He was willing to do the screens of windows not covered but after he did the other windows I just handed him the certificate and said it wasn’t necessary. He ended saying well you got your money’s worth even without the uncovered windows for I cleaned 18 panel. I paid for $ 23. Def would NEVER use him.

Excellent work; I got the services through a Conejo Deal; however, I will use them every year. The windows are sparkling, and the owner is a very affable person.
