The store has new owners who have maintained the service experience of an exceptional small business. Everyone who works here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a Newburyport resident and I would not hire anyone else to install carpeting. After mind-​numbing experiences with Home Depot and Lowes, I was grateful to work with a local business who will take the time to answer all of your questions, show up on time, install quickly and perfectly, and follow up any issues you have. They even bind your leftover carpet to use as area rugs. I highly recommend this business.
