I’ve had great luck here with the manager dude and a male employee I didn’t get the name of. I had 101 questions about a phone and they answered them patiently and really helped me out. I’ve always gotten friendly attentive service. I’ve purchased a camera, various accessories for a few phones, and electronic toys etc around Christmas. My husband had questions about a phone he didn’t buy here and they offered to help him switch his phone contacts to his new phone. Nice of them to offer! I like my local small town essential places and this is one of them. I hope you guys don’t close.

I went in around 3:30 on 5÷2÷12 and asked about a cord that connects an MP3 player to a car or home stereo. I asked how it worked, and he said you plug in your Ipod or Iphone, at which time I said or Zune, and he said something to the effect that I’m the only person who owns a Zune. Thanks to his attitude, I bought both of the items I was looking for at Walmart and saved myself $ 22.
