Alberta Septic Systems

Alberta has done a few jobs for me and a couple for my parents. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Price is always reasonable. They show up on time. They recently did a drain field and septic inspection for me. They’re very thorough in their work.

I have had Pete with Alberta come out several times and he has always been reasonably priced and completely honest. He came out once when we had a backup and showed us that all we needed was a hose clamp (which we had in the garage). He’s also let us know when we could have gone longer between pumpings. He truly tries to save homeowners money and charges the least amount possible. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alberta Septic to anyone!

When I had a septic back-​up into my house I called. I didn’t get a call back which kind of irritated me. Mid-​day the following day I called again and was told I would be called back. Twenty minutes later I received a call which I very much appreciated but was told they couldn’t help me because their truck was broken.
Well that sucks for both of us!
I did ask for a referral and he told me to call Gary’s Septic, which I did, and I received the BEST, MOST EXCELLENT service EVER and I will be forever grateful. Unfortunately for Alberta’s, I will probably call Gary next time.

Prompt, cheerful and professional. Selling a house with a septic means extra hoops to jump through here in King County. Pete made it all as painless as possible. So pleased!

About 5 years ago I was in need of assistance for an overflowing septic tank. Somehome, I had the good luck to find Pete… He came right out, pumped the tank, explained some of the circumstances that accelerated the problem (girls flushing items that should not be flushed) andpointed out some tell-​tale signs that are a pre-​cursor to future problems. He was polite, personable yet professtional and his pricing was very reasonable. I vowed then to never try any other company.
Today, I am selling my home and the buyer has not been able to locate a company to inspect/​certify the system in a timely manner. I told my realtor to let me handle it and immediately called Pete. I left a message for him and have NO doubt that he will respond and fulfill my expectations.

A few months ago I checked around for a septic service to come and do what I thought would be a routine pumping, since it had been 3 years since the last service. We had moved into our house less than a year after it had last been pumped. I found Alberta Septic Service on Angie’s List with excellent ratings. Pete came out to our house as scheduled, and unfortunately, things did not go as smoothly as we both had hoped. Our tank was filled up to the lid and seeping out into the surrounding ground. Gross. Pete was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk through what the issues could be. After some discussion, we rescheduled another time with Pete for him to return with a colleague and a backhoe, so they could do a proper job of identifying and correcting the problem (s). Well, nobody wants to read a long story about a septic tank — so it should suffice to say that within a few hours, Pete and his crew got us back in ship shape and helped us avoid a total disaster. Pete was personable, polite, professional and absolutely trustworthy. We will be calling him again in a few years (no sooner, we hope!) for routine service.

Pete and his son Cory came out on short notice to literally bail me out. they did a fantastic job, very thorough, very professional and as nice as can be. Rates are fantastic. Thanks guys for all your helpl!
