I started using Legacy after an emergency situation during the winter. Our tank turned up empty and our provider said they’d be out and never showed up. Jesse immediately came over on a Saturday in the middle of the night to handle the situation. Come to find out we were being charged an additional 50% more per gallon than Legacy was charging, plus additional fees. Their staff and customer service is top notch. This is the only company I’ve found that will help anyone out at anytime. We’ve also had Rick out at 8:30pm on a Saturday with only 30 minutes notice. Thank you to Legacy Propane for making us fell like we are part of the family.

Pick this one! Legacy does not let their customers down and are LOYAL. Period. Situations unfortunately do and can arise where Legacy has never let us down. Receptionist is prompt and on top of her game, drivers are friendly, always kind. Glad to be a customer Legacy, thank you.

Legacy Propane is a wonderful company. They are always here when they say they will be and have the best price I have found. They even squeezed me in ASAP when I forgot to check my meter and ran WAY low on propane. They are a small company (I like that!) and they are small company friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them!
