I would not place my loved one in this facility. This is the worst facility that I have ever worked in. The owner John, while he might know something about business, does not know much about health care, or how to treat employees with respect. He is quick to fire employees without even training them. While I worked there, I watched valuable employees who cared about the residents, be abused by the nurse supervisor and by John. Between John and his newly hired nurse supervisor, they managed to fire almost ALL of the CNAs who worked there, while laughing about how these employees responded when the cops were called to have them escorted off of the premises. It seems to me that John and his nurse supervisor are more interested in staffing drama than in paying attention to the residents and providing excellent care. I would recommend that John take some classes in health care and employee development. Not to mention some business courses, if he hasn’t already. So that he can see how disrespecting and abusing employees does not increase profits, but instead drains money out of a business, not to mention gives it a bad reputation. So although this is a nice looking facility, it is NOT managed with the care of the residents in mind. Just ask some of the residents…
