I agree with Joy H. The customer service is beyond horrible. Great spices but horrible service. I placed an order on October 3 and have still yet to receive my spices. It was suppose to be received before a birthday party I attended. I’ve made phone calls to speak to no one and have sent emails with no response back. I hope this company goes down hill and someone else who is trying to start a spice business blossoms. Never again will I support this company… I’d rather of given them no stars

I should be able to choose negative stars. This is a spice company with small packets to make dips and dressings. I placed an order on June 6, 2012 for their special sauce packets. The original price was $ 45 but I had a groupon which I paid $ 20 for. A few weeks went by, I heard nothing. I emailed them with a copy of my order. I received no response. I waited a few more days, I called both of their telephone numbers and left messages. This has gone on for more than six months now, I have left multiple phone messages and multiple emails. About three months ago I actually talked to a live person and he told me that within one week I would receive not only my order, but also my money back. I told him I just wanted one or the other. He said they’d do both. I have never heard or received anything! I’ve tried to figure out what other avenue to take but am at a loss. I’ve asked them if they could just have common courtesy to resond to me, they have not responded at all. AVOIDTHISCOMPANYLIKETHEPLAGUE!!!
