We found this hotel on a road trip around upstate NY near Niagara Falls. Stayed for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We also had access to private outdoor space and a grill (we did not use the latter, as restaurants are within walking distance). This is a really great place, especially for the price!

This turned out be way better than what we had expected.
Very quiet place. very very nice and clean rooms. And the owners are very helpful.
i will definitely recommend this place if you are staying in greater Niagara area.

Tewksbury, MA
We just finished up a five day stay here. I loved it! Staff was very friendly, and the room was beautiful. We were very happy with our stay and would love to come again. It is close to Lake Ontario and olcott beach, we came for the Falls only a twenty minute or so drive.

Shepherdstown, WV
We were happy to find this inn for our trip to the Lake Ontario coast. Just a few minutes inland from Olcott in quiet Newfane. Our room was very pleasant. Robes and special sheets are a nice touch. A few novels on the night tables. The wi-​fi worked quite well. I like the system of giving guests a key to the office to access snacks, bottled water, yogurt, and literature on regional landmarks. Driving around, we saw the other motels and inns in the area — this is where you want to stay.
