Great Bay Carpet & Upholstery

I hired them to clean my carpets which were pretty badly pet stained. After waiting close to 24 hours to dry, it became apparent that my carpets looked nearly identical to their previous condition. A call to the owner yielded nothing-​no offers to come and attempt to clean the stains once again (as many people claim they did on their website reviews), nothing. Only a half-​hearted apology when I asked why he hadn’t bothered to inform me that my carpets were virtually uncleanable. They were more than happy to take my money for a job they knew they would be inadequately be able to perform, with no indication to me that there would be a problem. In fact, when I voiced my concerns, they repeatedly reassured me that there would be no problem. They did however offer to come clean my carpets again, for another $ 100. My experience didn’t even begin to approach the rave reviews left everywhere else, and if they really are this wonderful to everyone else, I’m really curious as to why they felt my business was undeserving of better treatment.

This company has serviced my home several times and always does a incredible job– they even have a service that sprays a deodorizer to leave my house smelling great when I get home! Highly recommend!
