I highly recommend using Allen & Sons! The repair of my dryer went smoothly from start to finish & the cost was very fair & reasonable. Max was upfront & honest with me-he even expedited my part order. He took exceptional care to every detail & every concern I had. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have had this business recommended by my brother in law, and hired to repair my dryer a while ago. Really professional and quick. So I didn’t hesitate to call them again for my dishwasher leak! Gabriel came out and diagnosed the problem really quick. He also suggested a few things we can do to fix other issues that might cause us troubles down the road. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, I thought. I will recommend this business to my family and friends!

They came out to fix our washing machine. He found the problem very quickly and showed us how much the part is online so we know he was not making up a price. He was very nice man and very professional found our house right away. Very clean and tidy he left no mess in our laundry room.

Terrible! Called them and spoke to an employee re a refurbed dryer. He sold it to me for cash and wanted to drop it and leave with no receipt. Bought September 2012 and it stopped working August 2013. I spent 350 on this dryer and when I called the. To fix it, they wanted 300! They also said this was a private employee sale and that they don’t sell refurbed appliances! Serial number is scratched off too. Probably stolen!

This Company is so unprofessional! They have no clue what they are doing. Management are complete idiots! The manager was very disrespectful and rude. I’m sure they won’t last much longer! Do not call them! Horrible customer service!

Had them come over to fix my heater, the technician got lost, I saw him walk by my house so I had to call them to let them know that he was lost. They charged $ 150 to just replace a screw in the thermostat, and the only problem was a wire that had come loose. I feel they charged way too much for their short visit, and just to replace one screw.
