My car broke down less than a mile away from home. Other towing companies wanted to charge me $ 120!!! This company has very reasonable prices and were very understanding of my situation. The towing guy was there within a reasonable amount of time and was very kind.
Will keep their # for any futures mishaps. :)

My husband and I got in a car accident at the end of December on a Sunday. We called the first place that had the best reviews online. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and thorough. She said someone would be out there in 10 minutes. Someone was there in 5. Our town driver (we didn’t know at the time was the owner) came in and took care of business and made sure we were ok as well. He was very helpful in directing us on what happens next with our vehicle and what the typical process was. He made sure we got all the info we needed from the other party involved in the accident as well as we had never been in an accident before. He also gave us a ride home. He was very helpful and personable and made sure the car was taken care of and sent to the auto body shop the very next day on time as promised. He was absolutely amazing. Polite, on time, knowledgable, and friendly, it doesn’t get better then this. Top notch service.

I called about 4 other towing companies some couldnt perform the service I needed which was having my car put on Go Jacks to be rolled out of my garage. Most were rude on the phone and their prices were even crazier once I called LM Towing I was greeted on the phone by a nice receptionist with quick service. One of the Best experiences I had with a towing company with GREAT PRICING. Highly recommend.

Extremely slow service. The guy who runs it isn’t the most competent person, like there’s a reason why he’s a tow man. And just all around unpleasant experience. Try another towing place in the area before wasting your time and money with this one

L & M towing are predatory towers. They towed my car while pulled up in front on my garage to unload supplies and groceries. My son arrived when the car was still on the property. They lowered their boom while my son was still standing there and bumped his leg with the boom. They ignored him and drove off with the car. Totally illegal!!! Any company that contracts these guys to tow for them must be as corrupt as they are. Do Not do business with this company, they will put you in legal harms way.

General Manager contacted me for apologize for having one of his workers be late. Very polite

LM towing is the way to go! I’ve been meaning to write a review on these guys, I needed a specialty tow and I called other places and they said they couldn’t help. I called LM they said no problem and the price was more than fair. I have a custom car with air ride suspension the driver showed up helped me block the car up so it wouldn’t drag on the ground. Got it loaded and dropped on my side yard. Super good service my driver was beyond helpful. Thanks guys I will definitely use you again as well as recommend you to all my car/​bike brothers.

So i Broke down on the freeway during rush hour… was scared to death. Called a couple companies that didnt answer then reached the dispatcher for LM TOWING. She assured me a truck would be there to help me within 20 minutes. I felt a little skeptical considering the time of day so was impressed and relieved 15 minutes later when a driver named steve rolled up in a truck. He was very nice and well spoken. He had my truck loaded up in literally 2 minutes and towed me and my car home to safety. I was shocked at the $ 65 fee as I expected much higher prices… afterall it was several miles and worse it was 5:00 and traffic was backing up for miles because of my car. I would recommend LM TOWING to everyone and cant believe some of the reviews here on Unilocal.My experience was the exact opposite. Both the office personel and the driver were terrific! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

They told me it was going to be 250 to tow my car but charged me 350 and told me I could not have my car until I payed it, they scammed me and scratched my 2015 ford Mustang gt. Don’t use them.

My car broke down, I called this company because they had great prices. When the guy got to me I smelt alcohol on his breath, despite this I let him tow my car, too bad when he started going he tore the bumper off of my car and kept going, he didn’t even notice for a mile or two. Then got mad at me for not telling him, this place is a joke call someone else!!!

My car broke down, I called this company for help. The operator used explicit language, terrible customer service, however they gave me a great price unfortunately they charged me much more and they left damage on my vehicle. The driver seemed to be high off of hardcore drugs and when I told the operator, the operator threatened to fight me over the matter. Larry the manager is the king of all evils as he did not tell me that the driver was sober or even that he drug test’s leaving my car in an intoxicated drivers hands, also Larry did not care about the damage done to my vehicle, no sense of customer service. I do not recommend this company unless it is an absolute emergency. I mean literally I would rather leave my car on the side of the road until the next day then have them lay a finger on my car ever again!!!

Great towing company. Excellent service. Larry is a very generous and honest owner. All his drivers are really cool too.

I have used LM Towing Services for several years through the company I work for. After using a few other companies throughout my career, I have to say LM Towing is the best, most professional and most reliable company I’ve had the pleasure doing business with. Larry and his team are on top of their game and always helpful with not just our company but our clientele as well. Keep up the great work guys!

Below is an update to the previous post:
1) L&M Towing did allow me to pick up my vehicle free of charge later that evening. The process certainly was not easy as no one seems to work full time at the yard. Overall, my first calls on this matter were at approximately 8am and I had my car by 5:30pm.
2) I met with the general manager when I picked up my car. He asked my one question: «Did you provoke my driver?». When I explained the entire situation to him, his response regarding the racial comment was «That’s kind of funny. Because that driver’s wife is black» I responded simply that racial slurs are not acceptable in any situation and that it wasn’t funny at all.
3) I think something is being missed here. There’s a lot of argument over who is at fault, whether I provoked the driver, etc. In the end, racial slurs are never funny and never acceptable.

I and my girlfriend went to la and got crashed behind my car and the owner is so nice to help us to go to car rental office. He is the best ever.

Service there is good

As an Instructor with a local junior fire academy, I have had the opportunity to do business with LM for the past 4 years or so. Each year we are in need of vehicles to allow our students an incredible opportunity to do some vehicle extrication using the Jaws of Life and cutters, and each year this is successful due to the generosity of LM. Their willingness to help, their positive attitudes, and overall complete support of our students learning opportunity is what has kept us coming back year after year. Each employee I have come across has been very professional and friendly no matter what time of day we needed them, sometimes being early morning hours. This truly is a great company in our home town with great staff, but most importantly a great owner who understands the importance of providing our SCV students the best education. They are helping shape the firefighters of tomorrow!
