Awful cleaners!!! Overpriced and they didn’t do the alterations that they charged for. One of my dresses was also returned with animal fur all over it and I do not own any pets!!! Very disappointing! Not recommended at all!

Like the previous reviewer I too would like to give this place ZERO stars. In fact, I just now got home from picking up a dress I had cleaned there. I’m so angry I had to write this review ASAP. The only reason I dropped my dress off with this place was because she had a sign up saying 50% off for new customers. Being a ‘NEW’ customer I thought cool. Dropped the dress off on Monday, picked it up today. When I paid I asked if that was the 50% off price because I was a new customer. She proceeded to tell me it was a 10 garment or more for the 50% off. NOWHERE on the sign does it say that… thus…FALSEADVERTISEMENT… AND she didn’t tell me about the 10 garments or more when I dropped the dress off. Anyways, I paid and left, put my dress in the car and ran into the market for a few thing. While walking around the market I really started to get irritated about the sign and her awful attitude. Walked back over with my bags and told her that I wasn’t happy about the FALSEADVERTISEMENT and asked for an adjustment. she said no of course. I told her I was going to review her and her sign on Unilocal… she proceeded to walk away telling me I was a TYPICALAMERICAN. Ummmmmmmm REALLY… had to go there! HORRIBLEPLACE, HORRIBLEWOMAN!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! DONOTGOHERE! I dropped off my comforter and two pillow shams. The Shams came back ruined, but they had hidden them inside the comforter so I wouldn’t see. I went back to complain and they told me it was MYFAULT!(Um… YOU ruined my shams). The refused to give me a refund. They told me that they would get back to me in a week and see if they could get me new shams. A week has passed and still no shams. I asked again for a refund and she said no. She also told me I was, «an insignificant customer who’s business meant nothing to her.» Interesting considering my husband has several work uniforms that we dryclean on a weekly basis and I spend a lot of money there…
